These terms govern your use of Spexo ("the service"), operated by Mohsin Khan, trading as Spexo. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What the service is
Spexo surfaces UK litigation matters from public court records and delivers a daily intelligence brief to your inbox with drafted outreach emails. It is a productivity tool for legal business development professionals.
What the service is not
Spexo does not provide legal advice. The matters we surface come from public records and we make no guarantee that they are complete, current, or accurate. You are responsible for verifying any matter before acting on it. The outreach emails are drafts for your review, not correspondence sent on your behalf.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial, but you will need to provide payment details before the trial converts to a paid subscription. After the trial, the service costs £10 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of multiple individuals under a single subscription. One subscription is for one user.
Acceptable use
You may not use Spexo to generate outreach to individuals who have opted out of commercial communications, to harvest contact data for purposes other than your own BD activity, or to misrepresent your identity or firm in any outreach drafted with the service.
Availability
We aim to deliver your brief by 7am on business days. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted delivery. We will not be liable for losses arising from delayed or missing briefs.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update these terms or the service with reasonable notice. If we make a material change to pricing or core functionality, we will email you at least 14 days in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
